St. Mary Medical Center's Turning Point Rehabilitation Center provides a full spectrum of Outpatient Therapies including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy Services. Aquatic and Land based therapy are offered at the YMCA, and PT, OT, and Speech are available at Garrison Creek Lodge.

The Hospital based Therapy Departments also support a variety of services such as Inpatient Acute Care, Behavioral Medicine, Transitional Care and Inpatient Rehabilitation. St. Mary Home Health also provides PT, OT, and Speech.

Our experienced and professional staff provide assessment and individual treatment for those who have experienced loss of functional capabilities as a result of a variety of disabilities including:
