St. Mary Physician Group Occupational Medicine provides services to small business that they might not otherwise be able to access due to barriers of economics, expertise, and time. We began offering Department of Transportation Drug Testing services in 1990 and started our Alcohol Testing services in 1995. We can provide our services to all the modals required by the Department of Transportation.

Companies that fall under one or more of the following regulations are required some form of DOT Drug and Alcohol Programs are:

• Research and Special Program Administration (RSPA) pipeline

We can also provide services to non-mandate companies.
