St. Mary Medical Center's First Steps Program may be able to help you if you are eligible for medical coupons. First Steps is a state sponsored program designed to help you have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy, happy baby. Our staff includes a registered nursed, a dietitian, and a social worker who are available for office or home visits. A staff member will accompany you to various appointments at your request and will help with other problems as they arise. Our program offers caring, supportive services provided by a professional staff whose priority is helping you meet your needs and achieve your goals. All pregnant women covered under Medicaid are eligible for First Steps. Women whose income is below guidelines provided by DSHS are urged to apply for First Steps.
