The Providence St. Mary Medical Center Stroke Support Group meets the third Tuesday of each month from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. in the Providence Room on Level 1 of Providence St. Mary Medical Center. The group also occasionally has meetings at other sites in the community. (Note: In 2009, the September meeting falls on the fourth Tuesday.)

The Stroke Support Group is for people who have experienced strokes, as well as their family members and caregivers. You do not have to have been a patient at Providence St. Mary Medical Center to attend. The purpose of the group is to share experiences, meet new friends, learn ways to access information, celebrate achievements and gain hope.
